Savvy Wed provides affordable, all-inclusive wedding packages, bringing together some of the most sought-after wedding venues and suppliers.
We are able to exclusively offer a limited number of dates at some of the most spectacular venues in the area, within a 12-month timeline. Meaning you can tie the knot within a year of getting engaged, without any compromise on your dream day.
We only work with the best of the best that the region has to offer and have carefully curated packages where everything has been thought of.

Choose your venue package
Our premium venue packages have been tailored for the guest numbers best suited to each property. Depending on your wedding size, your Savvy Wed planner will help you decide which venue package best suits your needs and check their availability on dates within a 12-month timeline.
Select your favourite suppliers
Once your venue and date have been confirmed, it’s time to select your favourite suppliers from each of the categories within your package. Your Savvy Wed planner will confirm availability of your chosen suppliers, who will then be in touch to confirm your booking directly.
You can also request additional suppliers if they are not included in your package. For instance, we work with amazing Hair & Makeup Artists, Videographers, DJs… the list goes on!
Pay your first instalments
We know weddings can add up really quickly and feel as though you’re constantly reaching for your pockets. Savvy Wed have created a savvy-payment plan to help ease the stress. Payments for your suppliers will be made in four even instalments between the date of your booking and your wedding date. Your planner will help you stay on track and remind you when your next instalments are due. Think of it like “Wedding Afterpay.”
Tell us about your style
The amazing styling team at The Wedding Shed have curated a standard hire & styling package covering off all the basics for your dream day, at a special discount price exclusively for our Savvy Wed couples!
Your hire & styling includes everything you need for your ceremony, cocktail furniture, reception furniture and other details, up to the value included in your Savvy Wed package. If there are specific items you would like in your styling package, or if you would like to include additional items and extra styling elements, your planner will introduce you to the styling team at The Wedding Shed to organise. Please note, additional hire & styling service will incur an extra fee owed to The Wedding Shed.
There are a few details that are not included in Savvy Wed packages. For example, all of our venues are BYO alcohol. Your planner will put you in touch with our amazing local supplier to organise your booze package, picking from a wide range of premium wine and local beers. We have also created a handy checklist to assist in making sure that nothing is missed… like picking your dream dress and making sure your partner is looking spiffy!
What it’s all about! In the final weeks leading up to your wedding, your Savvy Wed planner will confirm the finer details of the day. Then, when the time comes to say “I do”, your special day will be carefully looked after by a very professional and experienced On-the-day Coordinators. They will make sure everything goes according to plan, so you can relish in spending time with your family and friends. You'll be able to enjoy every moment, knowing that every detail is taken care of.
